This is a ONE- HALF Day Reflective Practice Sessions delivered by Purple Fusion- Specialist in Conscious Inclusion (Cultural Intelligence).
Conscious Inclusion- Reflective Practice sessions is an engaging and thought-provoking workshop that encourages reflective practice and supports personal growth to all frontline practitioners through meaningful activities and open conversations.
Course Aims -Learning Objectives:

- Define Equality and Inclusion with regards to your roles

- Improve self – awareness,
- Understand bias and how these impacts on decisions and interactions
- Build Cultural Intelligence
